Project Management

Our Project, Programme, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Risk and Change Managers come from a range of professional backgrounds, including rail infrastructure, construction, IT, and government departments and agencies.

They have hands-on experience of adding impetus to or accelerating projects, and, where appropriate, providing leadership, mentoring and coaching to new or inexperienced project teams.

Along with high-level management and influencing skills, knowledge of the usual range of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 is assumed, as is familiarity with a range of tools and applications such as Primavera, Pertmaster @Risk and Microsoft Project.

Typical assignments would be a request for a technically-qualified IT Project Manager to introduce and implement a new systems infrastructure, through to Project Managers and Programme Managers to facilitate the achievement of milestones and OGC gateway reviews within key government programmes.

Our Project, Risk and EVA Managers will look outside the traditional risk register, and provide genuine experience and guidance on the potential vulnerabilities facing new or part-completed projects.
