Affordable Psychometrics
Candidate psychometric testing is provided free of charge to clients for all interim and search and select assignments. Clients can choose from a range of suitable proprietary test and/or use our bespoke leadership questionnaire. Testing can be conducted at our offices, or at a venue to suit you.
For stand-alone psychometric testing, our charge for any combination of tests is £98 per hour plus VAT, including test materials, with a maximum of five candidates at one sitting.
As a guideline, one personality profile, plus two ability tests, plus production of a written report takes about 3.5 hours for one candidate, and 6 hours for five candidates.
