Either way, we will be immediately in touch to discuss the project or assignment with you in detail to establish your needs, budget limits, organizational culture, opportunities and constraints, and forward timeline. We can do this over the phone, or in person at your offices or ours. Whatever suits you.

From that point, our service will cover:

  • Search to find the ideal candidate/s from our database or search and select sources
  • Candidate interviews
  • Submission of a shortlist, with a full report and recommendations, using our Candidate Suitability Checklist with scores against each criteria
  • All CV Vetting and validation in compliance with current legislation
  • All the background administration to make sure your interim manager is there, performing to their best ability, from Day One of the assignment or project

Generally, on interim assignments, we turn a job round within five days from receipt of brief to shortlist.
